Use one capacitive sensor to detect the bottle and another to detect the liquid in the bottle.  Just like the bottle detection example, the sensor on the bottom is a FlatPack sensor, but any shielded sensor (C1xxxxxx-x) will do it. This sensor will detect the bottle and start the filling process.

The sensor on the side is adjusted to detect the liquid through bottle. For aqueous based liquids and other conductive liquids use an unshielded sensor. For other liquids use a shielded sensor. Once this sensor detects the liquid the filling process is ended and the bottle proceeds down the line.
